Appointment Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the smooth scheduling of all clients, we kindly request the following:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows: No refund will be provided.

IV Drip Therapy & Wellness Services

All IV drip and wellness services are non-refundable once the service has been administered. We are committed to your satisfaction—please contact us if you have any concerns post-service so we can help resolve them.

Packages & Memberships

  • Unused Sessions: Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase, less a 10% processing fee.

  • Partially Used Packages: Not eligible for refunds.

Product Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for eligible products under the conditions below:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Defective/Damaged Products: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund back to the original payment source.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, opened products, personalized items, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
